Training needs scoping study

Client: Sustainability Victoria, for the NFEE Trades and Professions Training and Accreditation Committee

Achievement: Consultation with public sector leaders around Australia to develop a consensual view on the importance of training, the training committee's role and the way forward for training of Energy Efficiency Working Group committees.

The project: Energy efficiency is a fast-developing area of public policy and it is important to identify the skill needs of the committees that manage the government response to it. Working within the broader context of behaviour change models, we consulted with key government leaders in the area to identify the most effective ways to put energy efficiency on the agenda of leaders, provide basic information and address barriers to change.
