Achievement: Workshops and consultations to develop strategic directions for the Master Plumbers and Mechanical Services Association of Australia Group Training Scheme.

The project: Our group training scheme client wanted to identify the strategic considerations that would underpin a model for identifying the number of apprentices to engage. We facilitated a strategic discussion over several sessions with board members and key industry stakeholders to determine the approach to take to modelling apprentice numbers. We also documented the agreed strategic direction for the scheme and short and medium-term actions to be taken.
