| Add us to your safe senders' list
To ensure our e-mails don't end up in your junk / spam folder, you need to add us to your safe list (also called a safe senders list). This tells your e-mail program that our emails aren't junk / spam.
Different programs have different ways of adding an address to the safe senders list. Here are the most common ones.
Outlook
1. Click Tools on the toolbar across the top of the Outlook screen.
2. Click Options on the drop down list.
3. On the Preferences tab, click the Junk E-mail button.
4. Click the Safe Senders tab.
5. Click the Add button.
6. Type "newsletter@getitwrite.com.au" in the text box then click the OK button.
7. Click the OK buttons to close all the small windows.
If you're not getting email from us:
1. Click on the Junk E-mail folder in the All Mail Folders pane.
2. Right click on the heading of any e-mail from Get it Write!
3. Click Junk e-mail on the drop-down list then choose Add Sender to Safe Senders List from the drop down list.
Hotmail
1. Click Options at the upper right-hand corner of the Hotmail inbox screen.
2. Click More options from the drop down list.
3. Under the Preventing junk email heading, click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe senders.
5. Type "newsletter@getitwrite.com.au" in the text box, then click Add to list.
6. Type "getitwrite.com.au" in the text box, then click Add to list.
If you're not getting email from us:
1. At the Inbox screen, under the Folders heading click Junk.
2. Right click any email from Get it Write! and click Not junk on the drop down list.
Yahoo! mail
1. Click Options at the upper right-hand corner of the Yahoo! mail screen.
2. Click Mail Options from the drop down list.
3. Click Filters in the pane on the left.
4. Click the Add Filter button.
5. In the Filter name text box, type "Allow getitwrite".
6. In the sender list, click Contains from the drop down list and type "getitwrite.com.au" in the text box next to it.
7. In the Move to Folder list, click Inbox from the drop down list.
8. Click the Add Filter button on the toolbar above the Filters work space.
If you're not getting email from us:
1. Click Spam in the pane on the left of the Hotmail inbox screen.
2. Right click any email from Get it Write! and click This is Not Spam from the drop down list.
